So yeah enjoy what you want, my problem is with designers making party RPG compatible with solo and generating dumbing down party combats. That's what did PoE2 with the very bad effect of generating unwanted isolation just by caution, and nope rush stupidly in combats isn't a solution. I already mentioned some tricks like isolation and simplifying combats through it. I have a problem with dev making party RPG dumbing down party combats to make them compatible with solo. If a combat is playable solo, it means a boredom with party because too easy.Įnjoy what you enjoy, I don't have any problem with that, players do what they want. Combat is combat, party is more complexity, solo is less pawns to manage, less skills to choose among, less positioning, no synergy to do between different characters, more.
